工程造價專業

亚博ag官网工(gong)程造價專(zhuan)業創辦(ban)于(yu)2008年,是十堰(yan)最早開設此(ci)專(zhuan)業的高職院(yuan)校之一(yi)。多年來我們(men)依托院(yuan)企合作平臺,通過對(dui)建筑(zhu)行業進行充分調研,分析(xi),分析(xi)造價工(gong)作崗位的職業能力,確定了“院(yuan)企協同,崗位+技能”的工(gong)學(xue)結合人才培養模式。

一、人才培養目標

本專業(ye)主要面(mian)向十堰市及(ji)周邊(bian)地區,服務建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)造價(jia)(jia)咨詢(xun)行業(ye)(企業(ye)),培養思想政治(zhi)堅定、德技(ji)并修、全面(mian)發展(zhan),掌握建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)造價(jia)(jia)管理(li)理(li)論知識,熟練建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)造價(jia)(jia)專業(ye)技(ji)能,具(ju)備建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)造價(jia)(jia)職業(ye)素質的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)造價(jia)(jia)關鍵技(ji)能,成為“懂施工(gong)(gong)(gong)、精計量、擅(shan)計價(jia)(jia)、會管理(li)” 的(de)建(jian)(jian)筑(zhu)領域高(gao)端技(ji)能型工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)造價(jia)(jia)人才(cai)。

面向工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)造價(jia)咨詢公司、建(jian)(jian)設單(dan)位(wei)(wei)、建(jian)(jian)筑施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)企業(ye)、招投標(biao)代理(li)公司、審計(ji)(ji)事(shi)務所、建(jian)(jian)筑設備安裝企業(ye)、市政(zheng)公司等(deng)企事(shi)業(ye)單(dan)位(wei)(wei),從(cong)事(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)投標(biao)與(yu)報(bao)價(jia)文件(jian)編(bian)制、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)招標(biao)文件(jian)編(bian)制、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)量清單(dan)編(bian)制、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)估算(suan)與(yu)概預算(suan)文件(jian)編(bian)制、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)成本分析與(yu)核算(suan)、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)投資分析、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)審計(ji)(ji)等(deng)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。畢業(ye)1-2年后勝(sheng)任基層管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),5年后勝(sheng)任造價(jia)師的中層管(guan)理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。就業(ye)率達98%以上。

主要實踐環節: 建筑工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)圖識(shi)讀綜合實訓、頂崗實習(xi)、工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)造價實操拓展課程(cheng)(cheng)

五、師資隊伍

工程造價專(zhuan)業有一支專(zhuan)兼(jian)結合、專(zhuan)業特色突出、教學(xue)(xue)經驗豐富、學(xue)(xue)歷層次結構高、科(ke)研能(neng)力強(qiang)的師(shi)資隊伍。現有專(zhuan)兼(jian)職教師(shi)10余名,全部教師(shi)均(jun)具備(bei)雙師(shi)素質,并考(kao)取造價師(shi)、建造師(shi)等執業資格證書。為強(qiang)化實(shi)踐教學(xue)(xue),本院還長期聘(pin)任來自企(qi)業的工程師(shi)擔(dan)任校(xiao)外兼(jian)職教師(shi),承擔(dan)實(shi)踐教學(xue)(xue)任務(wu),實(shi)現校(xiao)企(qi)資源共享、合作育人(ren)。

近年(nian)來工(gong)程(cheng)造價專業(ye)的教學(xue)團隊教學(xue)科研成(cheng)果顯著,開展多項技(ji)術服務(wu)效果明(ming)顯,起(qi)到了區域服務(wu)帶動的作(zuo)用,其(qi)中教師團隊帶領學(xue)生參加湖北省工(gong)程(cheng)造價技(ji)能大賽獲得(de)二(er)等(deng)獎,主(zhu)編造價專業(ye)校(xiao)本(ben)教材。

六、實訓條件
